Danet M. Cartagena Felix is a dynamic and visionary leader, serving as the CEO & Founder of DC HR Consulting, LLC. A distinguished expert in Human Resources, she brings over 30 years of experience in workforce management and organizational development. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Puerto Rico and is certified in Business Consulting and Human Resources by HU (McDonald’s Hamburger University).
With 24 years at McOpCo(McDonald's Operations Corporate), Danet worked closely with McDonald’s corporate teams across Puerto Rico, Florida, and the Caribbean, driving HR strategies and optimizing business operations. She has collaborated closely with every company she has worked with, helping them exceed their goals through her expertise in workforce engagement, operational efficiency, and leadership development.
Her expertise spans the USA, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, St. Thomas, St. Maarten, and Central and South America, positioning her as a trusted leader in HR strategy and business transformation.
